Highbullen has 42 rooms. Accommodation is centred on the Main House, which has 12 rooms. The bulk of rooms are located around the main house in the Home Farm, Whitehall and Rowcliffes annexes.

Only 100m from the Main House, the Home Farm Annexe has 16 rooms arranged as doubles and twins.

The Whitehall Annexe, previously a farm with outbuildings set in a country style garden, is a level 400 metres away from the Main House.

The Rowcliffes Annexe, 250 metres downhill from Home Farm, has 6 bedrooms and its own heated open-air pool, all enjoying views up the Mole Valley and over Exmoor.
