Highbullen is ideally suited to explore both the countryside and spectacular coast of North Devon. The market town of South Molton lies six miles away and is the gateway to Exmoor National Park with the more rugged Dartmoor to the south. The dramatic coastline of North Devon awaits exploration.

The vast welcoming beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe are all nearby. If idyllic seclusion is what you are after then the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly with its narrow cobbled streets and the dramatic headland of Hartland Point are just a short drive along the Atlantic Highway.

The beautiful gardens of RHS Rosemoor, Knightshayes Court and Killerton are just a short drive away. And for the more adventurous the Eden project is two hours by car. If you do plan to explore for a day, then our staff will be more than happy to provide you with a picnic lunch to make your day that little bit more comfortable.
