Class Descriptions

AquaFit

Water based class suitable for everyone; involves rhythmic continuous movement that will get your heart pumping and exercises using the resistance of the water to tone and strengthen the body.

HIIT

A total body workout: High Intensity Interval Training for all levels of fitness, This HIIT class uses the 6 Degrees of Freedom - a concept from engineering and robotics that describes how a body moves through space. Every workout will move you up and down, side to side, forward and back, with dynamic folds, bends and twists. 

Stretch

This functional mobility series is designed to complement an active lifestyle. MIND draws inspiration from sports, yoga, calisthenics and rehabilitation and each unique session can include one or more of these elements. The central theme is connection between mind and movement.

Aerobics

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness

Chasamba Fitness

A partner free Latin and Ballroom dance fitness class that is ‘STRICTLY’ Fabulous. Dance the Cha cha cha, Salsa, Jive, Charleston and many more styles of dance while having fun.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels

Spin Cycle

Our Spin Cycle classes are a great way to have a vigorous workout, cycling to up-tempo music, means a solid 45 minute of non-impact exercise that will tighten up those legs and bums!

Yoga

You will work on basic poses and transitions between poses to build body awareness and confidence, increase flexibility, strength & co-ordination. Suitable for all practitioners from beginners to advanced.
